CLIENTS will have the opportunity to review the final itinerary prior to payment and advise of any corrections. MUIR LUX TRAVEL will not be responsible for omissions or errors if not brought to attention immediately.  Payments must be received by the due date(s) to avoid booking cancellation. Group bookings- group leader is responsible for understanding deadlines to drop any additional rooms before becoming financially obligated.

U.S. citizens traveling to any destination outside of the United States will be required to present a valid U.S. passport.  Passports must be valid for at least 6 months past your return date.  Some countries require a visa for transit or entry.  Passengers are responsible to ensure that they have all the proper documents (including but not limited to immunizations) for entry.   Please check the State Department website at http://travel.state.gov for further information.  Failure to comply with these regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government imposed fines.  If you are a citizen of another country, there may be additional requirements.  Check with the nearest consulate or embassy of the destination you are traveling to and find out the entry requirements for non-U.S. citizens.

INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES:  Client acknowledges that travel protection has been offered on their package.  If declined, client agrees to secure travel protection on their own or assume all financial responsibility for any changes/cancellations.  Discounted fares and vacation packages typically involve restrictions.  Therefore, changing any aspect of the travel arrangements after making a deposit may result in additional or lost fees.  Client shall review the terms and conditions as set forth by the vendor on the final itinerary.

I acknowledge and accept that there are cancelation policies, change fees and penalties that apply to my travel plans and services as set by travel suppliers. If for any reason my credit card charges are later declined, reversed or MUIR LUX TRAVEL is unable to receive payment for the travel plans and services, I acknowledge that this is a binding contract and MUIR LUX TRAVEL will be entitled to recovery, including reasonable attorneys’ fees in connection with collection.
